Help with afwul looking night sky
Can anyone offer suggestions on why my sky looks like this at night - http://www.users.on.net/~nikk/Fallout4%202015-11-22%2019-36-18.png

I have 2x 780GTX SLI video cards and have tried both SLI and single and still get the problem.

PLEASE HELP!

You mean with the weird pixelated dot things interpolating the skybox?

Yes exactly. It only appears in the shaded part of the sky between the horizon and directly upwards. If I look straght up I barely see it and looking at the terrain I don't notice it either...

Thanks I am using the 2k star mod... I'll try removing it in case it is downsampling. I am running 1920x1080.

I didn't know the sky used a shader; thought it was a static texture.

I reverted back to the default texture and it was still present. I then installed a Reshade preset which made it worse. Tried using DSR through the nvidia control panel but it made no difference. Disabled SLI and still no different. I am going to give up. I'll just skip night exploration all together. Weird thing is, it's fine indoors so it can't be anything to do with the dark levels.... Just the night sky.
