You can. The only exception to this is Cait dislikes you flirting with other people while she's around if you're romantic. That said, if she meets the other companion after the fact, she's totally cool with it (I overheard her asking Piper about making it a threesome sometime.) Apparently the Commonwealth at large doesn't mind.

Piper always says no. Cait mentions a threesome everytime you choose to travel with Piper while your removing Cait from the party.

Companions all have specific dialogue they say depending on who your removing from the party and who is joining. Never changes.

And yes, you can "romance" every romanceable companion in the game at once. They just all hate it if you "flirt" with someone else when they are around.

Well to be fair we don't actually know how many in game days it has been between leaving the vault and the romance. In my case it was a couple of months because my first romance came after I saw Halloween decorations and Xmas decorations. And yeah it's all implied sexual relations. All the corny with none of the pay off.

You do realize that those decorations have been up continuously for 200 years? The bombs fell on Halloween. No one comes into each ruined structure every November 1st, removes the Halloween decorations, and puts up Christmas ones.

Actually, Diamond City residents do decorate their town each Halloween and Christmas with proper decorations. there is even a mod that prolongs the time the decorations are there so that one does not miss it that easily.
