this is the mod i use, never failed me
The issue here is that technically the PC version of FO4 is the exact same as the console versions, and the console versions do the same thing. Why Bethesda didn't make an exception for us PC users is beyond me, but I strongly suspect lazy programmers involved.
And the reason they did it likely comes down to two things.:
It's not really hard to make a mod that would then just grant every single one of those achievements as soon as you start your game.
And encourages people to at least play through a no mod or light mod run in the first place, instead of having a mod list 500 lines long before they even start their first game.
