What happened to it? It was a 20 foot tall walking,talking, nuke tossing, badass robot in F3. The one in F4 looks like a scale model of the original.

Maybe Scribe Rothchild get drunk and assembled him "differently". LP was destroyed during the events of F3.

Well after his destruction in fallout 3 he was salvaged by the Brotherhood of steel and put back together in fallout 4.Now Liberty Prime is a very advanced machine and the brotherhood lacks the technology to build or replicate parts of him.Maybe in order to get Prime operational again they had to cut back on certain parts which may have decreased his size.

Still sucks tho. The run from the citadel to the purifier was awesome.

My guess is that they disassembled him and kept the vital parts so that he could be stored aboard the Prydwen easier. Then in FO4 you just reassemble him and it just works out that its a bit smaller.

He did not seem any smaller, nor less talkative than the original, to me.
It walks around, curses commies, throws nukes left and right but most importantly he goes *Super Lazor attack!*

The laser attack reminds me of the robot that came with Klaatu.

Best move I saw Prime do was walk straight up to a behemoth, pick it up by the head and SNAP, then he just dropped it and walked on. So, I think he's still big enough to count as Prime.
