Are you talking about Load Accelerator?
Works flawlessly.
Bethesda clearly forgot to optimize the game for SSDs with their update.
yes he is but this one works for me also for loading times and fixes the high FPS physics at the same time:

Long Load Times Fix:

Download the mod.
That's ridiculous, you really want us to do this all the time when the game is loading? Load Accelerator is much more comfortable, thanks but no thanks. And also does not need any additional mods and does not disable achievements, like High FPS Psysics Fix or Long Load Times Fix.
Load accelerator doesn't work with external frame caps. You can't be bothered to press alt+tab occasionally but you'll mod your game? I'll take proper frame pacing for a smoother visual from RTSS every day of the week, and just alt+tab the game because it takes no damn effort lmfao.
Everytime I've ever modded Fallout 4 it leads to frequent crashing and microstutters. No thanks bud.
It's a one time thing and I'm done for the rest of the game. Have fun lyfao but please don't fart.
That's kinda what the Load Accelerator does, removing FPS cap during loading and activate it again afterwards.
The older load accelerator still messes up lock-picking, and when the frame rate is too high during loading (i.e. >350fps) can it still mess with the script engine and a game can break.
The High FPS Physics Fix limits the loading therefore to 350fps, which is still plenty and reduces loading down to seconds.
The other load accelerator mentioned here is from the same author as the High FPS Physics Fix. One has to edit the .ini file of the High FPS Physics Fix and his other Load Accelerator to get them working together, because they overlap in some of their functionality, making this a bit weird to install.
Hence do I stick with the High FPS Physics Fix. It is one mod, but provides many benefits, fixes bugs, and is safe to use.
Apart from this is there also the Disk Cache Enabler, which has been a backport from a Starfield mod. It is currently not working. But I wonder if the Disk Cache Enabler is actually necessary, because the game has an .ini setting, which is by default off and one can enable it:
