However, the way its set up you really should be using it on a new game,
SS2 has a long "load up" time that can cause issues if you try to inject it into a game that has already been in play... so much so it could break in its entirety.
Also a Word of Warning!!
SS2 does not play well with a heavy mod order!!! SS2 is so papyrus intensive that if you run a modded fallout 4 with multiple scripts, SS2 could fail to work correctly, as the Papyrus engine get bogged down in script calls....
Try to keep your modlist script free when running SS2 for the best results.
HOW DO ?YOU IF YOU HAVE TOO MANY SCRIPT MODS?
With SS2 its easy!.... it fails to work right (npcs don't show up on time, huge delays between commands and game response, etc).
I also highly suggest:
- Using simple or tiered resources
- Turning diseases off
- Turning off the "fix power grid crap"
- Turn off non-plot maintenance costs
- Only build in two of the three: Abernathy, Sanctuary, and Red Rocket
- Never use setstage commands in SS2 main quests
- Turn off build from workbench resources, otherwise never have adhesive and ceramic again
- Turn off storage requires defense.
Also very handy mods out there.

This mod breaks scrap down into raw components for you. This makes it easier to donate certain resources for the various tiers.
