The Freedom Trail
I'm doing the Road to Freedom quest, but it's been two months since I played and I've forgotten the details. The quest just states "Continue following the Freedom Trail."

Help me out?

i have never followed the freedom trail. Just go to the church. In the basement, enter the code railroad, and skip the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Like most Beth games, you can skip ahead by going to the destination right off the bat.

it looks like crimsonrider left you a nice video. Cudo to Crimson.

i just left him the entrance code. Was that bad? The code is so obvious that i can't imagine him not being able to figure it out.

I was puzzled too, for a long time. But then I ran into the robo-tourist guide, who (as I recall) told me about several locations, including the Old North Church. I had previously discovered the ONC, so the rest was fairly easy (except for figuring out how to enter the code). I did make one unnecssary detour: I climbed the belfry and discovered that there are indeed two lanterns there (which however were of no use whatsoever).

Note that each spot on the Freedom Trail apparently has a sign telling about the place's historical significance.

I know someone who is a complete idiot and went right past the church and continued to Bunker Hill.

They messaged me saying "This is a ♥♥♥♥ game"
I said they should use the blindly obvious clue at the start and end, they were convinced I was wrong (Me, at that time having over 300 hrs) and continued to Bunker Hill.

I never knew if they did find the railroad.
With a brain liek that, i'm surpised they haven't been eaten alive by squirrels yet.
personally, I like following the trail. It's a nice to gain experience imo :steamhappy:.

SOmeone beat me to the vid so gl!

In game, the trail begins at Boston Commons (also called Swan's Pond in game) and basically ends at North Church. The actual trail ends at Bunker Hill. I'm not surprised that someone who knew the actual trail would continue on to Bunker Hill, I almost did. And really if you do some of the Railroad quests, Bunker Hill is just as much a Railroad base as North Church, maybe even more of a Railroad base since people at Bunker Hill actually do work (Glory does work too, but no one else in the North Church does).

The mission does nothing,a robot talks to you and that's it.
I reloaded the game and this time I can't activate him.

Are you supposed to follow the robot around?

Mission is broken for me.

The robot is completely unimportant, just follow the red paint on the ground

the robots outside cabout house are not related to the freedom trail, the robots on the naval vessel at weatherby savings and loan are also unimportant.

not sure what robot you are referring to. but you do come somewhat close to cabot house on the trip.

Are you really so dense you couldn't read the solution literally above your post?

He is reffering to the tour guide robot in the park where you start the trail.

You dont come anywhere near Cabot House.

Does the fact someone just jumps into a topic and starts posting WITHOUT reading anything actually surprise you?

It's also a thread from 2016. If only there was some way to google... Like the time in 2016 when someone said: google it
