ability to urinate and defecate

what mod allows for adding these necessary bodily functions to the player character?
i think it's only natural, and how it's a part of the game should be realistic.
for example, you can hold your urine for a long time, but it's stressful, and then you encounter an enemy to fight. after the fight is over (assuming victory) your character must urinate immediately to prevent bodily harm.
similarily, if the character must defecate, and has waited too long, they may become constipated and require medicine for relief. if they do not defecate then they will we subject to bodily harm.
relieving one's character at a toilet would also have a chance to clog said toilet, and they can use one of the wasteland's many plungers to keep the toilet intact, all the while gaining XP for a job well done, AND a hygiene bonus that less attracts wildlife. the character also has a chance to dirty their hands, in which case they would need to wash them, or they suffer a constant screen-nagging reminder that their hands and gun are covered in excrement.
places where the character relieves themselves will become hotspots for insects and wildlife, but humanoid NPCs may tend to shy away because of the smell and wildlife infestation.
synths and robots do not care about this stuff, but if they get dirtied with urine or excrement, they will make it a priority to seek water to cleanse themselves as per their handlers' programming instructions.
and of course you cannot have a squeeky-clean trait in a fallout game without the opposing "dirty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" so-to-say, so while the character may be inclined to eat or drink their own feces, they must have a perk to allow them to do so, or the wasteland will turn on them!

as far as fecal love/skat fetish goes, no idea how you got that idea. this is about human survival in the fallout wasteland.

there is OBVIOUSLY a lot of negativity surrounding the concept of feces. i would want to see a mod which did not delve too far into the negative aspects, to ensure some basic human decency on part of a player.

I dare you to find a single roll of toilet paper in the commonwealth, they probably would think its primitive poorly made bandages.

what the actual ♥♥♥♥ are you going on about? cameras in toilets? dude that's gross.
i would be happy to have the actual code in the game before any visual features were added. it could be textual before it's visual. like the nag i suggested if the character does not wash their hands after defecating. also i play in first person mode almost all the time, except for screenshots.
is there really a point to go into details? no one has volunteered, and the OP is quite straightforwards.

Why stop at solid feces? What about feces in gaseous form? Flatuating? Methaneous clouds could be used strategically. The loud obnoxious sound could alert a enemy npc who then comes to investigate. Or you can unleash a gnarley pungency then move away and then sneak by when the npcs go to investigate the source of the smell.

The actual feces could be used as a weapon. Like when you pass by Shaun in his death bed when blowing up the institute you can deficate in his iv on your way past, ensuring the institute's destruction.

I'll leave talk about workshop wall decorations for another time.
