You two who just posted the ID@'s .... first, you do realize this question was asked, and thoroughly answered, TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO .... right?

Second: the first two digits of the ID# are not always "03". That depends on your own load order for the DLCs. If you own everything, it should be 03 .... but if you don't own everything, it might not be!

The ID Code is 02c8b1 but you have to write two more numbers in front of it and they depend on how many dlc`s you have installed. The numbers will be one of the following:
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06.

4=keep it to mostly consumeables or equipables in your inventory
AMMO=abbreviation for ammunition.

ARMO for armor, WEAP for weapons, ALCH for consumeables like jet nuka cola food etc. as well as some misc items too i think.
