Ahh, no. Let me try that lol...
Wow yeah that worked -_- idk why that concept didnt click in my mind. Thanks man.
Well she seemed to have inf ammo for her 10mm and with all the changes from every other fallout game I figured giving her a gun with no ammo would work. Seems like this game is super dumbed down so I didnt see why it wouldnt work lol
I had Cait as a follower for a while and sometimes she would say "can ya spare some ammo" and I didnt get it because she was using her default weapon (double barrel shotgun) but now I guess that line will have some use.
lol idc, I mean it does make sense to give them ammo but as stated above this game seems super casualized that if I didnt have to give her default weapon ammo why would I have to give her ammo for anything else.
Watch out though....it also gives them unlimited grenades...which sucks because they throw them like crazy and tend to nuke you.
And yeah, that line and related ones are just generic dialogue, don't read too much into it. Like how even when their inventories are empty some still comment 'OH I'M JUST A DAMN PACK MULE AM I?!?' XD
Preston took a minigun during an attack on a settlement, and he doest seem to run out of ammo.
I'll keep an eye in him. Im traveling with him now, and didnt have that much ammo stored for him to steal.
