I imagine you can fix it the same way i did the Sierra Bug. Just use the switch on the wall.
No it won't. Tried that with my game and it did not work. Not everyone's bug is the same..
Whenever I used console commands to move her to my location, she just ran back to where she was glitched at, and got glitched again. So I killed her out of spite.
In the end I just used the 'tcl' console command clipped through the security door that only opens after you decide to kill Bradburton and grabbed the formula and the other items from the room behind it, then got out and handed the formula to still-frozen-in-place Sierra. She reacted like I had decided to shut off the power, with all the respective conversation options and the final reward.. After that, the quest concluded normally.
