List of Nuka World rideable rides?

I only know of one so far, which is the space ride in the robot zone, which is only accessable after starting the power.
I've seen many other rides spinning, but most arn't ridable.

Any others that are usable?

Discounting rides that you just "stand on", none. There are rides you can ride but you're just standing on them instead of sitting and actually riding them like the Galaxy one. Ferris Wheel is one, for example.

I was hoping the big ass rollercoaster was going to be functional at the end.

Well... Let's be honest, the knowledge of getting rides up and running is probably forever lost by most people. The only person who might have the knowledge is Oswald and he either leaves or is killed... At least we got a really cool indoor space rollercoaster ride. That's honestly quite fun.

Plus, I do recommend checking out the Ferris Wheel and some of the other rides still. They may not be as exciting but they're still working enough.

There is one repair guy in the market who claims he is the head repairman and he is stil there after clearing the raiders.

Yes the starfighter ride is fun.
The ferriswheel is just a jump on ride; Nice to try once and I did.
