Only the last item(Most Expensive) in the Tier 5 Prizes is Legendary.


i had 2 10k and the first one didnt come out legendary(Second to last) and the last one(Last In the list) came out Legendary.

This can't be true, because when I bought that Legendary Pipe Revolver, it was only the 2nd item in the T5 list. There was 3 Laser weapons (Just said Laser) that were all above 10k tickets. And the Pipe Revolver was not the most expensive item in the list either.

More likely it's just item dependent.

You can build arcade stuff in any of your settlements. They're under like Resources > Nuka World tab. I confirmed this at Vault 88 just a few hours ago. (There is no Ticket-redemption machine though)

I did not test the functionality, but there is a token dispensing machine available, so I assume the device accepts tokens and dispenses tickets, but you still need to go to Nuka World to spend them.

I just tried out an explosive shotgun, wounding shotgun, power armour tesla coils, tesla gun in electric trap mode, the squirt gun (for a comparison), molotov cocktails, and a gamma gun with the Lorenzo's artifact mod installed. They all seemed to score about the same, only really varying in how easy it was to hit. It didn't seem to make any difference how many times a target was hit or how many were hit at once (the scoreboard registered every hit that counted, and the best score I got while testing was making single shots up close with the squirt gun).

Sadly, neither the power armour tesla coils nor the tesla gun could trigger area hits (though I got a few direct hits with the gun). I tested whacking commies with a few as well, but with no better results. I'm kind of annoyed that you can't hit more than one commie at once even if you've got the Big Leagues perks for it.

A quick test of the target scores (checking the score after each shot) gave me the following results:

Star 250
Bottle 300

I get nearly 1000 tickets every time I play the targets game, and I only use 6 shotgun shells and one token to play the game. It helps that my shotgun has exploding bullets as its effect, since I can hit up to 8 targets with one shot.

I use a Ripper for those pesky Commies. It's not perfect, but it was far better than a regular weapon.

So have you kept cycling through the lvl 5 stuff to see if it gives you decent weapons? Should buy that .44 and see what kind of bonus it does, if any

I've seen Laser and Plasma weapons up there for 10k+ as well, but I haven't confirmed that they are legendary. I assume at least some of them would be.

The .44 for 40k tickets HAS to be legendary. That's a tall order for a pistol you can find within the first 10 seconds of exiting V111.

Laser for 18,600 was a Penetrating legendary Auto Laser pistol. If a couple people see that [Laser] For 18,600 try grabbing it and seeing if it's identical to what I got.

Boosted Photon Agitator
Improved Automatic Barrel
Sharpshooter's Grip
Quantum Gyro Lense

I'd say if like 5 different people get the at least the exact same legendary (if not the exact same mods) we can officially say the legendaries are probably static and not randomized. Obviously if just 1 person gets something different at that cost it'll confirm the opposite.

Having tried both, I found the Mr Handy buzz blade easier to work with than the ripper, possibly because its visible location matches better to where it hits (the ripper seems to hit slightly to the side of its blade).
