Start without them.
Putting more mods on a game that's broken because of mods only makes the problem infinitely worse.
Looks like 1.25 and 0.10 is either too high or low for you.
The image they post the map on the pip boy is ridiculously whited out. LIke, so freakishly bright you could blind supermutants with it.
If what the OP needs is to have some kind of modded pipboy map, my advice is:
Use ONLY ONE.
Ever.
Only one of any thing that would apply to that specific item. The UI is fragile and difficult. Never pile more than one thing on a pipboy. It will break.
I agree with being very cautious with UI mods.
