Pompadour wig is driving me crazy..

Is there anyway to stopped Deacon from using this damn thing as disguise?

I been trying to find the solution to stop him from using it... even using console command "inv" and "removeitem" to remove pompadour from the list, but it keep coming back.

I enjoy seeing him wearing various outfit to disguise himself, but it is soo annoying that he been using this damn wig for like 90% of the time.

Sorry to hijack your thread but what "various outfits" does he wear? Because my Deacon barely wears anything.

It's either the wig or a bald head, the regular outfit or just the regular outfit + a pair of gloves.

He change into several different clothes depends on where you fast travel or move...

From what I know, he always dress like a guard at diamond city and at some unnamed area he wear coat.

I rarely seen him wear cap, most of the time is that damn pompadour wig..

And if I remember it right, he wear vault 81 outfit if you go to vault 81.

I tinkered a small mod that "should" remove it from his possible outfits, you can give it a try if that annoys you so much. It may take some ingame days before his outfits are updated, if they ever do that is...

Cause I am using mod to change their preset... and pompadour wig just ruined it...

Yeah he shows up all over the place: twice in Goodneighbor, once outside the weapons stall, and another inside the Memory Den in a lounger. Pretty sure he also goes to Bunker Hill but I can't recall off the top of my head if I've gotten a screenshot of him there.
