Any good mod that adds in snow weather?

I am looking for a mod that adds in snowy weather but I cant find one that suits me. Someone give some ideas

Eh.. I tried the seasons mod (winter), but the "snow" just made everything look washed out and blinding. Plus there were no flurries or actual falling snow. They recommended using fallout snow, not sure what that adds.

Im basically looking for a light snow, anything that doesnt make you go completely blind but somewhat fogs the area

Ok so I found one called Vivid Weathers but the problem is that I go completely blind at night and that is a big nono for me.

1) Calamity Weathers -Winter Version
2) Icepick Overhaul
