Oblivion's landscape had a brighter palette and more detail, while Morrowind's landscape had a more unique design focused around ash drabness, but often lacked in detail. Morrowind's faces were arguably better, but Oblivion was the first time they really allowed proper flexibility (Morrowind using some basic mixing of preset faces and hair).
Sadly, spellmaking was progressively stripped back with each game since Daggerfall, disappearing entirely in Skyrim.
Yeah, flying is gone entirely too. I miss it, even though it was really more like "very very slowly walking on air". Also miss teleporting. Like, not fast travel, but real teleport spells.
If you're going to shoot him anyway, why not just shoot him in the face as soon as you clear the loading screen?
Well if you are sexually attracted to having your face bashed in with a baseball bat, I guess that works.

I enjoy talking out of a fight and then Kill him from Behind, when he thinks all is good. xD
Though admittedly, on my last game I took no chances and neutralized all of them in VATS before they could fire a shot off. It was close range, they had automatics, and I'm using better locational damage. That's a very bad situation to be in if you don't plan to take them by surprise.
