i agree, doing a vanilla play-through first then when you get bored and get around to the 2nd play-through load up the mods. that's how i did it. but i did recommend some mods that i used in the past and liked, in your other thread

Except the unofficial patch, maybe. Apart from that, keep it clean.

I'd say the unofficial patch, some mod of your liking that improves the UI (maybe iHUD on top), some decent texture packs (*not* the one Bethesda offers) if your rig can handle it.

If you want to get further into modding down the line, f4se and MCM are probably the most likely candidates you want to have a look at, as quite a few mods require them.

I already have Thuggyverse mods, so it's no difference than sex mods in general.

But building your own race? Gives me thoughts about making a new clothing, hairstyle, and face for a new character set proposal. Custom human race, inspired from Thuggyverse mods.

The only "cheat" mod, as it allows Dogmeat as a second companion.
This was standard in FO3 and FO:NV, and was cut late from FO4. The other companions still have their voice lines about the dog.
