[SPOILER] How did Shaun age soo fast?
So I got into the Institute, then met Shaun who is apparently an old man. Did he suffer from rapid aging or something because I might missed some details. When Kellogg took him, he was just a baby.

I don't recall it being fully explained, but certainly alluded to. Kellogg is a lot younger than he should be, not vice versa. Kellogg is definitely NOT fully human. And, being such a valuable asset to The Institute, they kept him young. He appears to have been fully human at some point, but when you meet him he's at least part machine, possibly even a clone or full synth replacement of the original.

After the baby Shaun was taken and you get refrozen, 60-odd years passed before you were thawed out again. Kellogg has cybernetic implants that stop him aging, which is mentioned in-game and is why he doesn't look any older. But Shaun grew up normally, so he looks his true age.

The events of Shaun's kidnapping occurred 60+ years your character's own awaken, reason Kellogg looks no different is because of enhancements made to his body which has reduced his aging in appearance and extended his lifespan thanks to Institute

Oh right I forgot that I got re-frozen lol. Kellogg's situation makes sense, thx all.

How do you know that the old guy is actually Shaun? Who told you he was Shaun?

You probably shouldn't go to Far Harbor then if this blew your mind, there is a synth named DiMA who will tell you something even more spectacular...

I still have doubts, but his plan is really interesting. Making a synth version of himself as a 10 years old, just so you would follow these clues which will lead to him. I'm still playing and maybe I'll get to see something else.

yeah I spoiled myself on accident, but I managed to forget some things, so very eager to find out

Dima doesn't tell you squat. Dima asks an interesting question with no factual basis, meanwhile you get all the actual facts that support shauns story from the actual institute computers.

Yeah, DiMA isn't trying to convince you of anything there, he's just trying to have you feel what it's like to be someone questioning their own identity to help you sympathize with the plight of the Acadians.
