Report a translation problem
If you have ScpToolkitDriver installed, open task manager and shut it down.
Easy Fix: Close and open the game *claps*
Try opening the console and type enableplayercontrols then hit Enter and close the console.
Edit; There have been reports of this problem when a player has used the ingame mods tab to view Beth mods and then went back to the game. Try restarting Steam.
There have also been reports of this problem when a player Alt-Tabs out of the game and back in. Restart the game.
I have morning chores to do and have to go. So, if you still can't move, I'm fresh out of possible fixes and only have questions now.
1. Have you tried loading an earlier save from before this started?
2. What were you doing ingame right before this happened?
3. Do you have Overwolf running in the background? It is somekind of a Teamspeak app. If you do then shut it down.
4. Do you have any other background programs running that are not normally running while you play? Like, vid recording software, open browsers, etc. Open task manager and shut down any unneeded background programs.
5. And, the stupid question. Have you tried playing a different game to make sure the issue is not with your keyboard?
Edit; If all else fails, go to Documents/My Games/Fallout 4. Then delete the Fallout4.ini and the Fallout4Prefs.ini. Do not delete the Fallout4Custom.ini. Then veify the game files again and launch the game from your Steam library. That will create new .ini's and hopefully fix the problem.
LOL, you're very welcome.
I should have waited a few more minutes before typing that last Long post. :)
Have fun!
