Jezebel's effect on settlements?
So does Jezebel from the Automatron DLC have any effects on settlements? I swear every settlement she gets sent to has it's happiness plummit. I always have to move her to an empty lot to stay for all eternity. Is it just placebo or does she actually have adverse effects on the settlement she's sent to?

I assign all robots to Greygarden for obvious reasons.

Thanks for the response. It seems like Jezebel specifically makes happiness go down immediately. My current Sanctuary build had a couple of robots and it was at a steady 80, but as soon as Jezebel got there it immediately started to tank. I tried looking up details on her but there was nothing stating any effects she has as a settler...

where do you get a cat & dog from? Extra mod?

Isn't Jezebel a psychopathic robobrain?
That's probably why.

Synth settlers do not lower happiness but robots do. While some people still think synths do bring down settlement happiness, it has been proven many times over that they don't. Synths attacking a settlement can effect happiness but synth settlers do not.

With the DLC (not sure which one) you can build cages to trap them. With the dog cage, sometimes it is a guard dog and other times it is hostile. Also, a traveling NPC will sell a guard dog for $250.

That's the Wasteland Workshop I believe. The type of dog that spawns from said cage doesn't matter. The only factor that makes them hostile is if you have a beta wave emitter or not. Also that NPC is pretty hard to find, given he spawns randomly in certain locations. Though if you find him more than once you can buy multiple dogs

You can also buy dogs, mutant hounds and wolves form Erikson in the FH dlc. The first three all have unique names as well.

Cats are from WW. They can be caught with the cages like the dogs mention before.

Worth noting that dog can also boost happiness slightly because the also raise defense a bit which can have a secondary effect. But yeah, dog/cat cages may be the cheapest way to build defenses and happiness in the game (Althpugh unlike settlers, they seem to be mortal)

As for Jezebel, I've never noted any particular issue with her, but bonus happiness might have canceled out her issues.

You can also buy dogs, trained mutant hounds, or tame wolves from a friendly supermutant living in the plane wreck, that's in the glowing sea. 250 caps for each.

Was wondering how I missed him on my first trek into the glowing sea. But I hadn't installed far harbor yet.
Is he ever actually in FH?

Wolves weren't in the vanilla game. They were added with FH. He is kind of in the middle of the island if I remember correctly. He doesn't visit the town of FH itself. He does wander around though. So he might not be at the plane wreck all of the time.

Now be aware using dogs as guards will result in the random attacks often being dog packs. As the use of them seems to shift it from raiders to dogs.
