LooksMenu Not working help

Heya im a bit stuck and cant find any solution to this anywhere since ive first started moddin ive tried to get LooksMenu to work its the same every single time no matter how many times i reinstall fallout 4 or if i just have LooksMenu and fs4e installed. I go to enable the mod it ticks goes to restart the game to enable LooksMenu i get a black screen with the loading icon in the corner but rather than reset it just crashes and LooksMenu still isnt enabled. two days ago i got lucky randomly LooksMenu started to work it restarted the game and functioned i thought neat and installed a few preset faces for LooksMenu and now it crashes again i tried to delete the preset faces still crashes tried to reinstall LooksMenu and Fs4e but no luck does anyone know what is happening here or have any advice on what i could do to fix this that im missing? thanks for the help

Sounds like a Windows UAC issue. Ultimate real resolution is to not have games (any) installed under either of the Program Files folders. You can try running as administrator, but this isn't really a fix and not guaranteed to not present future problems.

why dont you type "showlooksmenu player 1" in your Console ? ;D

LooksMenu is a mod that expands the LooksMenu character creation screen and allows for the creation and use of created/shared named presets.
