Beantown Brewery and Backstreet Apparel interiors CTD

When in any of these two cells, my game crashes after about 30 seconds of being inside.
My specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core 3.40 Ghz
RAM: 16.0 GB
Memory: 363 GB remaining
Settings: High

W.A.T.M. was at 1 when the Beantown Brewery crashes happened, so I doubt that had to be the problem.
The similarities of both occurances were that there were raiders in both locations and that's all I'm able to know.

Does anyone have any Ideas as to why it keeps crashing?

Well, first thing is sort order. It's def wrong. UFO4P should be higher up no matter what else you're using. So, you need to sort before anything else.

@kdodds When looking at it in NMM, it says "WARNING: This plugin has the file extension .esp, but its file header is marked it as an .esm!" There's no way I can move it further up in the load order Back Street apparel seems to be working fine now with UFO4P installed. Will try the brewery next.
