You are using mod manager anyway for your mods (right?) and you will be running the game through manager anyway, if you use either of the up to date mod managers - Vortex or MO2. What's the point of fiddling with executable files then, when you can - and actually have to - point the launcher to run F4SE instead of Fallout4.exe from mod manager?
if any one has any idea on how to fix my issue it would be appreciated. again thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.
Best to make sure that files are installed correctly. Gopher made a good tutorial series for Vortex and just updated it.
If that does not solve it, then I will dig up our Vortex users for further help. I am using MO2 myself, so I am only testing Vortex features over new releases and not actually playing with it.
