Finally it works.
No ini file was necessary for me
What you actually need to do is:
1. Rename the launcher "Fallout4Launcher.exe" to something else. I use "Fallout4LauncherBackup.exe"
2. Rename the SE-loader "f4se_loader.exe" to "Fallout4Launcher.exe"
And that's all you need to do.
Now when you click the start-button it starts the renamed SE-loader, completely bypassing the launcher.
No ini-file necessary. If you created it, delete it again, it won't work.
If you need the launcher (e.g. to change graphics settings) you can manually start your "Fallout4LauncherBackup.exe" from the install-folder.
Launching F4se direct works fine, just not via Steam.
No homeo
