--- PSA : since Feb2018 update of the game no console enabling mod seem to work. As a suggested workaround you can :
1 Disable survival mode
2 run all the console commands you need
3 run command that will allow you to re-enable survival mode : gf "Game.IncrementStat" "Survival Denied" -1
4 go to settings and re-enable survival mode
I have just found it today, so no garantee on potential side effects of this method. If I'll find something i'll make a note here. ---
However Im gonna give it a try
ok it goes in the data directory
if this is your first mod you will have to enable them see the sticky above titled

I tell you what, I win’t shell out a dime for Skyrim 6 until it is down to the “75% off” on Steam. Most of the very worst bugs should be fixed by then - presuming the micro-transactions don’t make the game unplayable.
AAA gaming has fallen far.... none farther than Bethesda.
1. 2yo post, really?
2. Way to parrot 'leet' craptalk. Clipping issues are problems in A LOT of games. Most you just fall through the endless empty until you die. TES:VI is a long way off, most likely a year, at least. See you in 2025. BGS has no plans for introducing micro-transactions into its single player games. That's what CC is for. BGS still the premier open world rpg studio in my book.
2: No, Bethesda is alone in their special realm of crap QA. They win. Nothing LEET about it.
3: Are you a Bethesda employee? Why did you even bother?
Especially if they are easily triggered by the words "Creation Club" and the numbers "76" which can be kinda funny to watch them rant about a subject they do not know about.
My question to the topic would have been something like, how did Bethesda think survival players would be able to get around the myriad of bugs they felt it was okay to just walk away and leave in the game with no way to initiate fixes?
The old "every game has bugs stop picking on Bethesda" line of BS is what's gotten way tiresome. I long for the day when everyone sees the reality of it. I've been vid-gaming since the mid 1970's, have played a wide range of games over the decades including the Fallout series from it's early days, and never have I had to console my way through such bug-ridden messes as the latest from Bethesda. Peruse the wiki for FO4 and nearly every quest or noteable NPC has a well-stocked "BUGS" section. Many still with no fixes, btw. Does that sound like a caring company to you guys? Put your inner fanboy on idle for one second and think on it.
And enough with the necro copping. Just stop, you're beclowning yourselves.
