My guess would be some of those robot mods he has installed are messing with it.
some people do not have the patience to spend hours or days troubleshooting an issue.
I aint even sure that load order is sorted. Especially with the AWKCR patch loading almost last?
no offense.
and as for the SMM menu repair tool, where should i looked for them? nexus? because all i can find is some smm menu replacer.

According to my experiences, it should be because of the Servitron mod you have. Either:
1. You haven't uninstalled/installed the mod correctly
2. You just found another way to ♥♥♥♥ it up.
Still though, I haven't found a solution for this mishap so just stop panicking and restart your playthrough.
! EDIT !: Apparently the mod [https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11459?tab=files&file_id=78878&nmm=1] has a Utility holotape which can revert the robot workbench's problems.
Your welcome.
