Why don't you go to Boston Commons and start the quest by going in the subway station?

You should post your problem with Ada in your own topic because the fix may involve consoel commands and will be different than his.

You still have not answered which part of the main quest line you are on.

I can not help you without knowing because using console commands without knowing the part you are on can break it even worse later.
