I don't know, what goes through your heads when you watch cutie anime about school girls, kinda makes me think you are a lolicon... It's kinda creepy.
If it was then yes, but its a hobby like Golf. You know a golf membership at a good club for a year is more than what many make working an honest job in a year entirely? Sometimes or even most times those memberships dont even get used.
Anyway everyone has a hobby and some are better than other or more expensive or what ever. Modding is an excellent hobby that is a fact, but not very good for exercise.
You know many females get bonuses at working preffessional jobs for staying slim?
Lets stop acting like peasants shall we.
When i see games trying to make everyone look like peasants (can you believe they even cover them in dirt in some games, actually calling common characters dirty peasants? they cant be serious) it annoys me because its greed. Games can offer common people something better, to see and strive for and things like that.
These video games rival what the richest can have and for a low cost. I think its karma and in fact it is. Some of the rich and all the greedy dont like it.
Playing with appearance specifically just makes it a bit more like playing dress-up, but as far as I'm concerned, caring about appearance isn't an intrinsically male or female thing.
I think it's more about the specific game; Fallout is a post-apocalyptic series where people are mostly living like scavengers in the ruins of former civilization, so they should generally look like that. Likewise with the Elder Scrolls series, where you've got people who are literally peasants, and you want them to look the part.
There are, however, plenty of games that demand more idealized imagery, especially some of the MMO games where making your character look fabulous is nigh mandatory (that, or dressing them in a ridiculous combination of Rainbow Pimp Gear because you have no sense of style).
Thats... an interesting take on the topic I would say. Keep in mind though, you shouldn't be jealous of the rich. At one point or another, they or their ancestors did something big and in my opinion, they deserve it. If by some chance you made it and own a ship yourself, how would you think about it then?
Please. They cant wash their face and surround themselves with trash? Fallout 4 is calling regular NPC's dirty peasants. Plain and simple. :) Spin it any way anyone wants and it doesnt change a thing.
I realize the truth gets lost easily so i am not pointing at anyone but lets stay real here.
Why they are calling regular NPC's dirty peasants is the only thing to be discussed. Some of it has already been done.
This is not a new topic, others have asked why everyone is covered in dirt and trash.
Thats because nexusmods.com is 90% spam and done by those who hate modding. Maybe not entirely true but my point is accurate, there is alot of spam. Giant subject but modding has nothing to do with nudity at its heart and thats a fact.
If i sound defensive its because i guess i am. I dont use nudity or any mod in that direction and instead try and make a cyberpunk and nice looking game. Saying differently or suggesting differently is wrong.
I am 1000% sure many are the same as me when it comes to modding.
It's not calling regular people dirty peasants, it's assuming that regular people living in a post-apocalyptic trashheap of a world will be constantly covered in dirt (which isn't true, since they could still wash, but then you'd have to dynamically update their faces).
It's because they live in a trashed world and Bethesda didn't include dynamic dirt.
Thats your argument to call regular NPC's dirty peasants?
Post-apocalyptic people are living in a trashed world, which means their equipment tends to be patchwork and those getting hands-on with their environment tend to get dirty (they just should be able to wash up after digging tatos).
But it's mostly generic NPCs that get permanent dirt; people with names tend to be cleaner.
