find a pre existing male body mod and edit it too look the way you want? other than that i doubt you will find what your looking for.

I didn't notice hodo's username when I first saw showler's comment, so I thought he was refering to me.And not exactly, I did find a "femboy" body, but it currently can only be used with CBBE :/
