Body replacers usually come with versions that have permanent underwear, so they are just better looking bodies.
I fail to see how a body slider could be sexualized unless you specifically tailored it to suit your sexual preference. Women with curvier figures aren't "sexualized" until they stop representing the body shape a real person could have. Does Christina Hendricks have a "sexualized" body type? (the answer is no, in case there was any confusion)
In any case, if you can't find vanilla body clothes on Nexus, you can make your own or buy from the CC. Or, y'know, get CBBE and use the slim setting. Your choice.
This! CBBE with the right slide settings can produce a body far more realistic than the vanilla body. CBBE even has a vanilla proportions option built into the installer, although I've never tried it so I can't say how closely it resembles the vanilla body. I can understand why somebody might not want to build bodyslide files for every outfit they download and why the prospect using a 3rd party tool to modify clothing items might be daunting. There are plenty of guides showing how to do it though. If followed carefully, there will be no problem.
Also note that you can take some outfits meant for a non-vanilla bodytype and build them with bodyslide to work for the vanilla body. The results will vary. Some will work out fine. Others will have clipping issues. For outfits that 'replace' body part meshes but still show skin on those parts, the textures will be really screwed up. The skimpier outfits are the least likely to work, so in theory, those wouldn't be attempted if you're trying to avoid 'sexualized' outfits. It will be a crapshoot no matter what. I would not recommend this, but it is an option for someone taking a hardline stance against body replacers and would get a few good outfits working.
It is true that several clothing conversions go toward sexual or sensual nature, but not by all means all of them. It is also worth to point out that CBBE comes with all vanilla clothing and armor conversions, without editing their nature in any way.

CBBE is pretty much the standard body mesh for all armor/clothing mods aswell.
