*Spoilers* Strength Bobblehead
I would say I am a veteran of this game - a million hours or so ...well not that many (level 89). I dodged as much of the "main quest" as I possibly could. I have 19 of 20 bobbleheads, only needing strength in the Mass Fusion building. I have avoided that building because I know it has to do with the "main quest". But I want that dam head. Can I tip-toe in the building, grab the sucker, and "bounce back before anyone knows we were there?"

main quest triggers when you do the main quest

I believe so, I'm not positive though - there are a few locations around the commonwealth that rely on some quest or other (not necessarily main) to enter restricted areas. On the wikia it looks like only some other items are inaccessable, but the bobblehead should be fine to reach.

You can go into Mass Fusion without triggering anything unless you're on a relevant quest. I go in there every playthrough to get the strength bobblehead. Just kill some gunners and grab it.

Mass Fusion is designed to be entered before the Mass Fusion quest. As a matter of fact, if you follow only the express path of the Mass Fusion Quest, you will never encounter the bobblehead, as it's in an area you typically just wander past

Wow, live and learn. I didn't even know there was a strength bobble head. I'll have to pay a visit to the Mass Fusion building. Which floor is it on?

It's on the top of the huge statue in the main room, on the same floor as the gunner in power armor. Between two couches I think.

Thanks. I'm after it. I've been in that building many times, non quest related. There are several gunners, but they're not that hard to kill. Do you know where the fast swimming book is? In case you don't, it's down that bottomless gullet hole, the one guarded by a deathclaw.

Yup. It's one of the first things I grab on survival playthroughs, just to speed the dull walking between empty cells once I've killed everything.

Didn't know there was something down there, thanks.

The luck bobble head is on Spectacle Island where you encounter the mirelurk queen.

The Edurance bh is in Poseidon Energy south east of Quincy.
