It probably already does that through CC validation tbh. But people will crack it. Greed will turn the Modpocalypse into a self-inflicted head wound.

Step one: Download the ba2 explorer which is very available on the nexus
Step two: extract the files
Step three: Make a mod using the files. - This takes a while
Step four: enjoy the mod for free.

Bethesda wont care any more about pirated CC content than they do the main game. They arent usin Denuvo or anything like it.

Nexus wont host questionable content though, even if it was some script to unlock something. They are very agressive at containing theft.

It's nothing special, decent damage, but huge splash damage, as well the ammo is insanely expensive and rare. It's nowhere near worth $4 imo.

Oxhorn had a decent review video on it's pros and cons. Up to you to decide if it's worth not getting a couple 20 oz sodas
