Try disabling all the mods, then re-enable one at a time and see if it works. It's a possible load order issue as well which you will have to read up on since I've never dealt with it.

I personally only add a couple mods at a time, that way you can see if they work first.

Specifically for that one? I don't use it, but many mods have the same behavior. Check your Inventory and see if there's an item to equip/unequip the Pip-boy. If there is, favorite it and use it to equip/unequip. Caution, you're in for a world of hurt if you don't favorite it prior to unequipping. If the item is not there, check if you can craft it at a chem station and do so.

Go into your load order and make sure the mod is active, or that it isn't dependant on another mod, 95% of the time after installing a mod you will need to actualy leave the game completely, then open it again.

"A lot of the mods I added last night".

Is this the first time you've added mods to FO4?

Did you add the 3 lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini required for nexus mods to work?

Do any of your mods work?

Are All your mods checked off under NMM's plugins tab?

yes i use to have mods but i stop playing fallout 4 for a few months and some of the mods i had were old or no longer being used soo i delete them all and added new mods and some i use to have back and i put them all on Nexus mod manger and they all have the green check marks beside them but when i play the game some dont work and few do. Like beside the pipboy mod some armor mods i add when i put them on they are invisble and my character is naked or like a mod for the vertbirds to give them panit jobs on them they are flying around invisble as well. idk what i am doing wrong >.<

Sounds like you need to create a bashed patch. Check out my modding guide here:

Mods not working and a mod's assets being invisible are two different things.

First, assuming you Have added the 3 lines needed to your Fallout4Custom.ini so nexus mods will work, go to sResourceDataDirsFinal= and add STRINGS after the equals sign. I've read that that has helped a few players with invisible items.

Second, open NMM and click the folder at the top, then "Open NMM's mods folder". Right click on each mod that has invisible items, choose properties and under the General tab make sure the mod is Not set to read only.
