Use that id instead.
This clothing item is not available in Fallout 4, and the correct refid is 00020429, not 06042325.
What item are you referring to? The Colonial Duster? If so, the correct id is 1f17b.
Help duster 4
That will bring up all the ID#s of anything with the word duster in it.
Ah, alright, then the id is xx042325. You must replace xx with the form id created for Nuka World in your load order. It is usually 06, but if you haven't installed other DLCs or you installed them out of release order, or you have mods installed, it might change.
Which is why I pointed out the Help command. That same thing applies to any item created by a mod.
For future reference you can use two words but it must be like this in quotes:
help "radstag hide" 4
However the two word search does not always work right for some reason. Like help "steel shipment" 4 will not return info on steel shipments. It has to do with what keywords were used when the item was created, i think.
