What is that baby cry sound and who in Ocelote?
Pls explain i dont get it..

He's literally insane. I have no doubt he's making the crying noise himself, that's how mad he is. Ocelotte doesn't exist.

The whole thing about this is Oceiros was once king of lothric and when ocelotte was born the queen fled. He became obsessed with dragons and the worship thereof and promptly went insane. It is assumed he took the form of this draconic abomination when his obsession with dragons consumed him completely. We know that this is possible because something similar happened to Aldrich. Aldrich used to be a man, but went so certifiably insane that he grew fond of the dark and the consumption of humans, thusly he transformed into consuming darkness personified. The crying baby during the fight with oceiros is presumably oceiros's obsession with his son being projected by his strong magical abilities, be it willingly or not.

Well, the wiki says Ocellote is Oceiros child that went Bye-Bye long before he started studying under Seath and turned into that weird Dragon-Hyrbid himself, going insane in the end. I suspect the part of his mind clinging to his long lost child somehow conjures the crying sound with his magic while he himself is unaware of that, thinking that its really his child.

Some theories also say that Ocelotte became Shanalotte the Emerald Herald from Dark Souls 2 later on, since they are both said to be "children of dragons".

So, Ocelotte is a cross-breed because Oceiros has sort of become a dragon and fornicated with the queen etc. Well, Priscilla ( from DS1 ) is a half-breed and she can turn invisible. Ocelotte is in the arms of the consumed King ( we can see him cradling nothing because she is invisible) . However , in the second phase of the fight the baby starts screaming. This is because the king has dropped the baby as he is now moving on all fours.

No, she was locked away inside the Painted World, along with all things considered a threat to the Gods such as Occult weapons (which absolutely ♥♥♥♥ Gwyn up)

tip of the hat to bloodborne with the baby crying. You eat the fetus in BB and can hear the baby crying towards end if humanity is high

I fought him today and if you pay attention, you can see him actually put the baby down before going on all fours. I thought that was a pretty awesome detail to include.

Fun Fact about the in game boss fight, Ocelote was supposed to be visible Oceiros's arms when you start it. And sometime through it, it was planed that Oceiros would start to smash Ocelote in the ground in rage. There was even audio planed for it that you can find on YouTube but trust me, I would not recommend it, as there was a reason why it was cut from the game. This explanes the missing and lost sounds of the baby crying as well as Oceiros screaming his sons name as he was so filled with rage and hate that he forgot he was caring his own son.
