Barren Temple Entrance

I'm at the room "Barren Temple Entrance" in the desert region (after Fajro). I'm doing a side quest and stuck on the puzzle in this room:

1) Not sure about the goal. Usually have to get all 4 flames out at once (not necessarily at the exact same moment).
2) Not sure about order of operations if the "fans" are included. I'm assuming they are for the blue screen?
3) Not sure how to get both fans spinning at once.

This is about quick sinchronicity. With ice, freeze both bubbles and snuff out the first flames, then switch to neutral and push bubbles to the fans, switch to fire and light the fans, finally switch to ice again, freeze bubbles, snuff out the second flames using ricochet, run past, done.

water bubbles dont respawn nearly quick enough to do all that
