It's a little bonus cutscene that takes place between FFX and FFX-2. Just watch it, and that's it, really.

it's an extra movie filler that explains the gap between the end of X and the start of X-2

So after finishing ff10 i watch the cutscene ?

If you want to follow the story chronology then yeah, watch it after finishing FFX but before starting FFX-2.
