Screw you Rod of wisdom!

I missed it at the start of the game and had to replay 30+ minutes of cutscenes which aren't skippable. Is that Rod even worth it? <_<

i think you can go back later and grab it i can't remember. You have to get all the trails treasture for an aeon later.

You can get the rod later if you wish. But with the Internation and thus HD version. You may find a surprise when you return. XD

the rod is good for the early parts of the game, but weither you like it or not you should get all cloister of trials hidden treasures its the only way to unlock a certain hidden aeon

should try to get them on your first visit because as kfnnapa1412 said you're in for a surprise when you try to get them late game.

I think it's possible to backtrack to the island before they appear. Though by the time you can, there are probably better weapons for Yuna.

You can't reenter the trial until right before you fight destructor whale.

You can return to Besaid without encountering that superboss, only if you return before you reach Guadosalam.

Yup. It's a long trek, but worth it if you missed anything (and for getting the Jecht spheres)

I have a good news for OP, if you forgot to pick up Valefor's second overdrive, you'll have to replay from your old save again.

you have to talk to the shop keeper in the first tent on the left and she will say something about the dog digging something up then talk to the dog, took me like half hour to figure out why the dog wasn't giving it up.
