FFX-2 quest issue

I'm doing a somewhat casual playthrough of the game and I just got to the part where I have to sell tickets for Tobli, but I can't figure out how to pitch tickets. I've tried all the keys mentioned in the keybind settings but nothing seems to be working. Anyone know what to do here? I feel like I'm missing something obvious...

Not everyone will buy tickets, IIRC. Try different people in the area.

The price is variant depending on the person. For example, some people might buy them on the cheap, others may pay alot of them. Without spoiling too much, that is all i can say. Also, you may want to try both sides of the moonflow..there are people on both sides.

Also, keys in keybinding? Are you using some mod or something?

I'm playing on pc so I'm just talking about which keys on the keyboard are used for the different in game functions. I've talked to people I know want to buy tickets but it wasn't opening up anything to let me try to sell them the ticket.

There was one guy I talked to that was ranting about how much he wanted to see the show but it wouldn't let me try to sell him a ticket.
I'm pretty sure it's not the basic talk button that you use to sell tickets but I can't figure out which one I'm supposed to use. It's the square button on console but I can't figure out the pc controls for it are.

I think the name for that button is "switch"? Maybe that'll help look it up in the key bindings.
