ff X-2 Besaid Ciphers... SOLVED..wait until chapter 3...

So i am using currently keyblades walkthrough for the game, and it said i need to find 8 ciphers in besaid. The problem is, i don't have the 900k gil to buy the key for the search sphere. I already found the first 4 ciphers just by randomly looking on my game, but the second set..or in the walkthrough cipher #2. I cannot find these ones. Do i need the search sphere to find these ones? Please help. It says in the walkthrough if i miss doing this quest, it won't go towards my 100% completing the game.

NOTE: It says i can get it for free in chapter 3, but near end of chapter 1 part, it says if you miss a part, it does not count towards 100%.
