Elite: Dangerous Steam Keys Now Available

Greetings Commanders

All {LINK REMOVIDO} store players can now generate a Steam key to add it to their Steam library.

By generating a Steam key all future purchases made with your Frontier account will also be associated with your Steam account. This won't affect how much you pay for the game or for paint jobs, but sticking with the {LINK REMOVIDO} store remains the best way to support ongoing development with 100 percent of your money on future purchases. We especially appreciate it when you buy direct from us, but we're happy for you to play how and where you like. Just enjoy the game, and fly safe Commanders!

Instructions to redeem:

Log into the Elite: Dangerous store.

Go to your account dashboard.

Click on ‘Partner Keys’

Click ‘Claim an Elite: Dangerous’ key.

You can redeem your code by selecting 'Games > Activate a Product On Steam' in the Steam UI.

Note: the key you generate will add Elite: Dangerous to any Steam library but WILL NOT grant access to the game without an existing registered Frontier account and copy of the game. For this reason, please don’t give your keys away to friends! They won’t be able to play without having already bought the game from Steam or the {LINK REMOVIDO} store!

The Steam keys provided are linked to the respective Frontier accounts and thus aren't transferable on their own. You're barking up the wrong tree here.

hi there I am having major issues logging into my account after purchasing the game for the second time.

It was working this morning then all of a sudden it's kept asking me for verfication codes which I entered but it still says I have no access to game.

I then checked online and it says for steam repurchased copies it revokes the key but verifying the cache fix's it I have done this several times and it still doesn't work. please help :(

I just bought this Great game on steam but i can not play I already have an account but when i try to redeem the code i get this message Sorry, the access key you entered is not valid.(I dont want to make a new account)

Then you should have used the FREE Steam key generated from your account dashboard http://store.elitedangerous.com/

by going to Partner keys and clicking Claim an Elite Dangerous Key and redeeming it in your Steam client.

Now that you have another cdkey tied to your account you will have to contact Steam support and ask if they can remove it or move it to another account if possible.

I cant think of any other way around the problem.
