Bought a new ship, how do I switch?

I am new to the game, I bought a ship with ARX. I bought a corvette. I am lost on how to switch to it

You can't buy ships with arx. You bought a paint job.

You didn't buy a ship but you bought yourself a livery; or paint job. You cannot use ARX to buy actual stuff in-game, only to apply some cosmetics.

Buying ships can only be done in space ports which sell them, after which you can either exchange it for your old ship (which can get you some decent value back) or you can decide to store your old ship so that you can use it again later.

oh, I feel dumb. One other question. How do I find Missions? I've looking all over?

At any station, you can go to the mission board and choose from available missions.

Land on a port, check their services. You'll find missions in the list.

am pretty shure you can buy a ship with arx,i spicificly looked at if it was paint or a ship and it clearly says i own imperial cutter empire elegance.
i am new to the game so i might have overlooked fine print but am shure i checked if it didnt say its just a paint job.
but i have the same issue it doesnt show in game for me as a available ship so i dont know whats up?

Buying ships for ARX didn't start until last year.
