Lets just go with "no", unless you get lucky and something glitches.

How would you get stuck in the first place? They're actually not real black holes in the first place, just a nice graphics sideshow. Worst case is that your ship overheats but that's easy to overcome, comparable to the problem of getting too close to a star and then getting forced out of supercruise.

Then there's only one thing to do: putting more distance between you and the star (or the black hole: basically the source of the heating), optionally use a heat sink (though that effect is temporary) and when your ship is cool enough try to jump into supercruise again.

Even if it fails it might just be the boost you'd need to put enough distance between you and the heat source.

The video doesn't prove anything, the ship is still outside of the inclusion zone, which by the way in essence doesn't exist within the theoretical context of Black Holes, such as time dilation, spaghettification and the inability for light to escape. Taking that into consideration, an object of mass i.e. the ships for example, will suffer, forget what Interstellar taught. Many players have even visited Sag A* in the Center of the Galaxy, and have made it back home, in reality such a possibility is impossible, even if we had the technology to achieve FTL travel, the Super Massive Sag A* will suck in any man made thing if it got close enough.

Also the video is a mild exaggeration, more so a clickbait title to gain views, because everyone who plays the game knows that it's impossible to get stuck inside of a Black Hole. It could be argued that 'escape' could simply mean high tailing it from the exclusion zone to the viewer as a way to induce panic, but just remember that the effects as noted above are not in the game. You can get close enough sure, but as with all potentially destructive celestials in the game, your ship will drop out and begin taking damage. That's just gameplay. I get your skepticism of exploring them though, I can tell it's causing a bit of anxiety, but you'll be fine either way. Whether taking damage or experiencing refraction in close proximity.
