Upgraded weapons/suits

So I've heard that you can buy already upgraded weapons and suits with random engineered attribute, the locations aren't specified though. Have any of you encountered stations that sold these?

Got a level 3 engineered pioneer suit that had damage reduction on it

Currently i only found suits/weapons from lv. 2-3, but without any mods.
The best spots to find them are at outposts or on surface ports.

Haven´t found any at Coriolis, Ocellus or Orbis stations.

So you can't actually find them on these new settlements, but only on 'actual' planet outposts from horizons?

The main problem is only ONE player can buy high grade weapons / suits. After that item vanished from store forever (as for now we haven't seen any restock since Odyssey release).
This makes high grade items pretty rare.
So best places to buy that stuff is distant rarely visited stations / settlements.

Maybe i´ve got just bad luck.

I think most people actually grinding all big stations first and avoid the little ones or which are to far away.

Yeah, you don't loot them, you have to "find" the good ones at the shop. I suspect any station may have them but as mentioned, the more travelled stations are less likely to have them because someone is more likely to beat you to it.

Bought a Lvl3 Dominator Suit and later i got a lvl 3 Manticore Executioner

Got then in Anlave and LHS 215

I've found tier 2 and 3 armour and weapons for sale in backwater anarchy stations and planet-side colonies – some with preinstalled engineering buffs. I bought a tier 3 Manticore Oppressor with 2 engineering buffs installed – only 15.7 billion credits. I have tier 3 Dominator and Artemis armour, tier 2 Maverick, and tier 2 AR-50 and Executioner (with extended mag engineering buff – sweet) – all bought in off-the-beaten-path systems from stations that can’t afford gravity or planet-side colonies. I've never seen any for sale in any large, spinning station.

You want to take an Apex to ground stations and small ports on the Thursday after the server boot. That's when the stock is refilled.

Or you can go to the official forums where there's a giant thread on the stuff people have found, don't want, and took the trouble to list for others.

Best way to find this stuff hasn't really changed in those years though... Outposts are still the best place to find most of this stuff, and you may also want to keep the systems economy in mind too, though the stock is mostly random of course.

You find them anywhere...They repopulate randomly after the server down time...Once a Commander buys the suit or weapon, it is gone from that particular Pioneer stock...
