Just look for passenger cabins in the list, they start with its class (economy, business, first and luxury), click one of it then click where to buy in the next page. After that just type in the current system you are in and go. Hope that helps.
You can filter the galaxy map and from the galaxy map you can look at some system maps to see how far the station is from the jump-in point. The 2nd tab on the system map can also give you more information on a specific object.
just like Ray says.
I liked your previous post more. It explained how to get to the filters.
thx, but by the time I post it yours appear, so it kinda feels like I was racing you to give advice for OP, felt weird tbh.
Anyway, I assume I can't have more than one passenger cabin on my ship ? I wanted to replace my 2 cargo modules by 2 passenger cabins but I was only able to do it with one. For the second, the passenger cabins don't appear on the shop.
You need at least class 2 (I think, or 3) optional module to fit a passenger cabins, and the bigger the class the more you can fit a cabin that can house more people. If your ship only has one said module slot then that's the only one you can fit (assuming you used the other ones for shield, etc.)
Not to mention missions that pays good credit would take you thousands of light years, so that another to consider.
Anyway check this site out https://coriolis.io/ You can play around with ship builds, see if you can plan out what your (and your next) ship will become.
And what ship is good to start with? I´m currently on a transporter type 6.
