Game not Launching on Windows 10
Game is not launching at all on windows 10. I hit play and literally nothing happens. I don't even get a splash screen or an error at all. I tried launching the game directly and tried compatibility modes and running as admin.. I tried installing vc and dx from the install directory and nothing. This started after the latest patch.

Works fine for me on W10 probly a hardware issue with drivers.

Are you running Steam as administrator?

Close steam. Right click icon ->run as administrator.

Wouldnt be a hardware issue because the game WAS working until the 1.2 patch.

Did a verify game content on windows 7... said all files validated successfully, I reboot into windows 10 (cause I have a dual boot) and now its downloading an 8gig "update".

Game runs fine for me on 10, aside from issues I assume are due to my pitiful 4gigs of RAM not being enough for the game and other programs running simultaniously due to the fact they occur in numerous other games.

Use my tool to purge and refresh your config file:

0.6.1 or newer. Double click the empty space in-between the Save and Cancel buttons and then click the Delete All Config FIles button. The program will exit after you confirm that. Immediately run the program again and it will generate your config files spick and span.

If that doesn't do anything for you, try unzipping tzfix.zip from here: https://github.com/Kaldaien/BMF/releases/tag/bmf_016test0 into your ToZ directory. I don't expect this will fix your startup problem, but it will spit out about 4 log files that I can use to debug the thing.

d3d9.log
steam_api.log
dsound.log
dxgi_budget.log (since this is Win10).
