Only way to unlock it is through TZfix mod:

Only problem I noticed is that in some cutscenes the cloth physics go all over the place when the scene starts (and sometimes when the camera moves), but it's something very minor.
Also, if that bothers you, you can make the cutscenes run at 30 FPS while the rest of the game runs at 60.
I don't recommend playing this game WITHOUT TZFix, BTW. It's that good of a fix, and even makes the game look better. ^^
Anyway, it's a very easy to use mod.
If you can actually read the guide, now that Valve has decided to disable colors and to do it in the most assenine way possible. I'm not editing my guides... I will keep them that way for at least a month, because it's too damn much work.
They could have disabled and removed the tags, but no... they disabled them and left the raw tag text in the body of the guide.
They really should leave colors on guides at very least.
