How to get 100% imprinting with one pet?

I am trying to set up my server and I can’t figure out how to get the imprinting of a baby to 100% after one pet? So I don’t have to wait to pet next time.

Is there any way to do this? I’ve seen it like that on other servers but I cannot figure it out myself.

Unofficial servers can use a tool called the S+ Nanny, which let's you afb imprint

There's no real way to do that for every dino I'm afraid. The game takes the server's baby maturation setting (how fast the baby matures) and it's cuddle interval (how frequently you have to care for it to imprint), and works out the amount of imprint gained for each creature based on those settings.

So you could have it set to give 100% in one go on small dinos like raptors, but because large ones like quetzals grow much slower they will need multiple.

Alternatively you could set it so large dinos only need 1 imprint, but then the smaller dinos would grow up so fast that you wouldn't have time to get an imprint in at all before they mature.

Our server uses both of these. The recipes are editable so you can make it require element/etc if you don't want it to be too ridiculous. Or make it 1 thatch if that's what you desire lol.

You could always make things cost a specimen implant if you want them to be free.

Do you possibly have some recommended stats I can use so smaller dinosaurs take one pet and larger take multiple?

Personally I use these settings on my server and my solo games, most smaller dinos should only need 1 imprint using them, but I'm not sure if they'll be quite what you're looking for. Hope they help a little though^^

HG's mod just added an imprinting item. I haven't tested this item out yet. This mod is similar to AA and also adds reusuables.
