Latin Revival barely doing anything

[Lord Ruler]

Byz to Rome. 100 Latin value and culture. Only 0.9% of my population is latin in over 50 years (with advisor assimilation) am I missing something?

[mikemonger]

Culture power vs culture power. If yours is much lower it'll take longer to assimilate. Also, make sure you max control in the areas you're actively trying to assimilate.
